He was a Senior Manager in logistics specializing in performance management and creating operational efficiencies. In her role Ann engaged with families and community organizations to promote the EarlyON programs and services. Ann takes on active roles on various committees that makes her community a better place to live and grow. These committees include Peel Police Liaison Committee, Black Community Action Network (BCAN) and the Black Community Connects (BCC). Ann’s work in her local community has earned her a Garfield Weston Merit Scholarship and the reward of seeing the systemic changes which are taking place. After deciding to retire as a steamfitter with Local 46 in 2016, he looked for new challenges. It was then he started as a volunteer driver for CMOW, delivering hot meals to clients throughout the Caledon countryside. Eddy joined the office staff in 2019 when a vacancy became available for a driver with the frozen food and grocery delivery programs. He finds it very rewarding by being a part of the CMOW team to serve our seniors and other in need within our community. She relocated here from Alberta in 1999 working in the manufacturing sector. She brings with her 20+ years working in the community as both a volunteer and part time staff with Caledon Dufferin Victim Services as a front-line crisis responder and dispatcher. She strongly believes everyone should spend some time volunteering in their community – whether it’s as a crisis responder, coaching sports, shoveling snow for your senior neighbours, or one of the many volunteer opportunities at CMOW. He favours simplicity and solid culinary technique, with a focus on supporting small scale local food producers and working with the seasonal bounty that Ontario offers. Scott has worked at the Riverbend Inn Niagara on the Lake, Jamie Kennedy Wine bar, Joy Bistro, and the Stop Community Food Centre. He was the Kitchen Coordinator/Chef at the Stop Community Food Centre for over 9 years. Scott is trained in conflict resolution skills and in alternative dispute resolution approaches, including interest-based mediation.
